Day 1 - Things start getting philosophical

Russell Gardner and Gary Cadle. It is obvious why Gary has been the undefeated winner of the International Nose of Year Award for the past two decades. If you were at the reunion you would understand why Russell has been nominated for the Cheekiest Dude of the Decade Award.

Chris Veitch and Andy Joseph about 15 minutes before they started getting really philosophical. Andy tried to get me philosophical too, by encouraging me to join them in drinking copious quantities of alcohol. Now I don't really have any problem with drinking alcohol, it's just that it doesn't taste nice! So (since she insisted on buying me something containing alcohol), I asked for Amarula in milk. At least that tastes like milkshake. She generously and enthusiastically obliged.

Upon seeing me, Dean Kent at once invited me to accompany him down Chapel Lane. Of course I was rather cheesed off, because it was about 20 years later than I would have appreciated the invitation! He said, though, that he had been saving himself for me all these years. So here I am, sitting on Dean's knee, saying, "Come onnnnnnnnnn!" to Ross Randall, who, in his state of ethanolic pickling could not remember why he was holding the camera.
Andy with Jamie Sholto-Douglas' wife Geraldine. Jamie was one year ahead of us at Kingswood; Geraldine was in our year, but she went to school at VG.
