Project Management: 2010 course dates and fees (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana)

This list below is not comprehensive. Additional PRINCE2, PMP Exam Preparation and GAPPS/NQF-aligned certificate and diploma courses are still being scheduled for 2010, as are a number of Intensive Weekend Workshops throughout South Africa. Further courses in Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Dar es Salaam, Maputo and other cities will be listed later in the year.

Group discounts are applicable for some of these courses. Customised in-house versions of some courses are also available.

* Fees to be confirmed.

** Note that PRINCE2 courses require 3-4 weeks lead time to allow for pre-course reading. Please enrol well in advance of course dates.

*** The fee for the Intensive Weekend Workshop in Project Management remains at R1,950 (incl.VAT) for bookings received before 16 August; thereafter the fee increases to R2,495. The increase does not apply to the Workshop on 28–29 August 2010.

Unsure where to start? We recommend an Intensive Weekend Workshop in Project Management.

The Workshop is suitable for:
  • individuals considering a career in Project Management;
  • business owners, managers and team members who want to become effective at managing time, cost and workload;
  • professionals for whom the bulk of their income is derived from managing projects; and
  • experienced project leaders who seek a systematic approach to impart to their subordinates.
By the end of the Workshop, you should be able to:
  • plan a project step by step, giving attention to the requirements for successful execution; and
  • determine your next steps, either towards transforming your organisation to manage projects effectively, or towards building a career in Project Management.

Group exercises and visual methods are used extensively to entrench the learning at an Intensive Weekend Workshop in Project Management.
