| Standard fee
A typical Project Assistance engagement consists of 20 hours of collaborative sessions over 2–3 days.
The fee for such an engagement is R20,000 + VAT.
- The fee provides for preparatory work of approximately two hours prior to the collaborative sessions. Typically, this would involve reviewing project files or other documents provided via e-mail.
- Most engagements are one-to-one, but additional people may be included depending on the purpose of the Project Assistance. (To ensure the best result from the collaboration, participation should be limited to 4 individuals.) The number of participants does not affect the fee.
- The fee remains unchanged regardless of whether the worksessions take place in the morning, afternoon, at night or over a weekend.
- This fee applies to Project Assistance provided in Gauteng, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, the Boland and Overberg, Nelspruit, Rustenburg, George, Port Elizabeth and Upington.
| Additional fees would apply when...
Additional fees may apply based on certain factors; for example, when:
- Project Assistance is provided in other cities or towns in Africa.
- The nature of the engagement requires more than one specialist from ProjectManagement.co.za.
- The engagement requires additional research or other special preparations.
- The sessions are spread over a period of more than 2–3 days.
- A request is made for Project Assistance of more than 20 hours.
